We make preserving your family history stress-free, fast, and entirely local.

01. Fill Out Form and Coordinate Drop Off

Select a South Florida location (Plantation, Davie, North Miami, or Aventura). Once we schedule a drop-off window, we’ll send the direct address. Larger orders of 30+ tapes can qualify for pick-up!

02. Premium Conversion

We safely transfer your tapes in-house to pristine, digital MP4 files. As experienced video editors, we check audio, fix tape alignment issues, and can even repair snapped tape ribbon at no extra cost. Turnaround times depend on amount of tapes. Approximately 10 tapes/week

03. Watch on Any Device

We send your digital files directly via private Google Drive. Organized meticulously by year, you can download them to a PC, watch on your phone, or cast directly to your living room TV to enjoy with family!

FAQ's

Drop-Off, Pick-Up & Storage

Do I get my original physical tapes back? Yes, absolutely! Once your digital transfers are complete, you can pick up all your original physical tapes along with your new digital files.
How long do I have to pick up my tapes? Tapes must be picked up within 60 days of your project’s completion. Due to limited storage space, any media left abandoned after 60 days will unfortunately be safely discarded.

Timing & Turnaround

How long does the transfer process take? Our standard turnaround time is highly efficient and scales with your order size:
- Up to 10 tapes: ~1 week
- Up to 20 tapes: ~2 weeks (For much larger orders, we will give you a custom estimated timeline when you drop them off!)

Damaged & Blank Tapes

We don’t believe in charging you full price for empty footage. If we run a tape and discover it is completely blank, you will only be charged a $5 processing fee for that tape instead of the full transfer price.
Can you fix broken or snapped tapes? Yes, we go the extra mile! If a tape has a broken reel or a snapped ribbon, we will carefully open it up and attempt to repair it for you at no extra charge. However, please note that while we do our absolute best, we cannot guarantee a successful transfer if the magnetic tape itself has suffered severe, irreversible environmental damage.
